Reservations must be canceled 24 hours by 2 PM before the day of arrival. Cancellations made with in the 24 hour timeframe will be charged one night room and tax. For group of 3 rooms or more, the cancellation policy is 7 days prior. For group of 7 rooms or more, the cancellation policy is 14 days prior. All canceled reservations will be issued a cancellation number. Cancellation numbers are required in the event of a dispute.

The hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. A USD250 cleaning fee will be charged for any signs of smoking or allowing pets in the room (ADA Defined service animal are excluded)

Terms & Conditions
Valid credit card is required for all reservations. An authorization will be taken within 24 hours of the arrival date. Your reservation will be immediately canceled if your credit card is invalid or unable to secure an authorized approval for the first night's room and tax charges of your stay. Your credit card will not be charged until arrival at the hotel Authorization/charge releases for debit cards can take 5-7 business days. The Islander Inn will not be responsible for overdraft fees or other fees associated with the use of a debit card.
